First there's Lou. You probably won't meet him because he never comes in the office. He doesn't like offices. He's kind of like Charlie was for those crime fighting angels.

Lou brings us business and gives us guidance and advice. We think he probably reads the dictionary before he goes to bed. When he dies and leaves us his fortune we'll probably find out his name was really Dic Tionary or Mirriam Webster.

He's a man of the world who's been in the business for way too long and helps us with everything from our press releases to funky shoe selection. We like shoes.

Holly on the other hand spends a lot of time in the office. We have a habit of calling her Editor Superior but only when she's not looking.

Holly cut her grammar teeth teaching Advanced English Grammar and business stuff in Germany. She's a bit of a communications geek. We secretly suspect she has Better with Words monogrammed on her towels.

Chris is one of our communications associates and the principal of BrandFreek Communications. We love his work, he really is a branding and marketing guru. He did the web design for this site, do you like it?

Chris also brings his experience in mediation. Of course the first time we talked to him we thought he meant mediation and called him to help us find our inner OM, but instead he helped all learn to talk to each other.

He brings great wine and fresh fruit from the Okanagan, we like that.

Preet is the Victorian heart of Better with Words, that is, she lives in Victoria. The youngest member of our crew she is also the one responsible for explaining to Lou and Holly the meaning of words like "booty" and "shorty." Preet has worked as a web editor, journalist and English tutor. She brings a great range of skills, a passion for our work, and her own fashionable brand of enthusiasm to our clients.
